We need your body measurements on the order form, before your order can be processed. Sorry, NO CANCELLATIONS, unless we cannot fulfill your order (out of stock items).
For orders effective 1/1/2007, we offer one exchange or store credit, with a 15% restocking fee OR a refund less 25% restocking fee, for items returned and postmarked within 5 business days (7 regular) of receipt. Items on "Clearance" are one-time exchangeable only or store credit, with a $20.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cancellations are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
Your billing address must be the address on the records of your credit card company, otherwise your credit card may be declined. Your shipping address may be different.
